• Rooibos – South Africa. Harvested from South African redbush shrubs and fermented to reveal a coppery-red color. Rooibos is a caffeine-free, anti-oxidant rich alternative to black an green teas. This herbal tea tastes slightly sweet and can be prepared like black tea with milk or paired with honey and citrus.
• Green Rooibos – South Africa. This is the unfermented version of the traditional red rooibos. Tastes grassier that the traditional red tea. Perfect for green tea lovers.
• Honeybush – South Africa. A close relative of the rooibos plant, this tea is believed to have various medicinal properties. Honeybush tea is rich in antioxidants, tastes similar to honey and has a floral and subtle ‘toasted’ flavor. Caffeine-free.
• Black – Kenya. A full-bodied, highly caffeinated black tea. The bold flavor is reminiscent of Assam Tea. It is traditionally prepared hot with milk or can be prepared weakly with citrus for iced tea.
• Green Mint – Morocco. Organic green tea combined with spearmint. This blend makes for a refreshing north African brew which is traditionally served with (lots of) sugar.
• Moringa -Egypt. Believed to have a variety of therapeutic benefits, this tea has an earthy taste similar to green tea, but tastes less bitter and more peppery than matcha. Caffeine-free. *Moringa may interact with diabetes medications and is not recommended when pregnant.

Preserved ginger and citrus slices | Dehydrated Orange, Lemon & Lime; ginger crystallized in sugar. You can add these to tea for flavor or steep them in hot water for a delicious fruit tea. Ginger can be chewed like candy for a sweet and spicy pick-me-up.
